Project Management Structuring Tool『WBS Viewer』

WBS Viewer is a simple project management tool focused on the core principles of project management: “structuring” and “visualization.”

Centered around the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), it clearly defines parent-child relationships between tasks while allowing users to intuitively understand schedules and progress through an integrated Gantt chart.

By eliminating unnecessary complexity and excessive features, WBS Viewer includes only the essential functions required for progress tracking and planned-vs-actual management. Its intuitive UI enables anyone to start using the system immediately, even at the operational level.

The tool helps teams identify project delays and bottlenecks at an early stage, supporting faster and more effective decision-making. Simple yet highly practical, WBS Viewer streamlines daily project management operations with efficiency and clarity.

WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

This function allows tasks to be hierarchically broken down and managed on a single screen with start dates, end dates, progress status, and responsible persons. By maintaining task hierarchy and sequence, the entire project can be organized into “what,” “by when,” and “by whom.” Since it is linked with the Gantt chart view, users can intuitively identify workflow dependencies and delay points.

Issue List

This function manages project issues in a centralized list, including occurrence date, due date, responsible person, status, and response progress. With filtering and sorting capabilities, users can quickly extract only the necessary issues, preventing missed actions and overlooked priorities. Small daily problems can be recorded and systematically organized as part of overall project progress management.

MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

This function structures meeting records using header information (title, date/time, participants, and location) along with detailed entries (Type, Topic, Issue Number, PIC, Due Date, and Content). Records can be saved separately for each meeting, and past MOMs can easily be retrieved. By focusing only on essential information, the workload of creating meeting minutes is significantly reduced.

Overview

This function stores screen captures and diagrams together with explanatory text, enabling visual sharing of the overall project picture. Users can manage titles, display order, and zoom settings for each image, making it easier for all stakeholders to communicate with the same understanding. Background information and structures that are difficult to convey through text alone can be quickly organized and understood visually.
